FADE IN
EXT. SCHOOL GARDEN IN THE AFTERNOON
Two friends staying after school helping with their environmental club's garden
DISSOLVE TO:
Melanie, the main character's best friend, is crouching in the garden
MELANIE
(enthusiastic) It's such a beautiful day out in the garden Carmen!
Carmen, the main character, looking at the plants in the garden
CARMEN
(happily) Yes! It really is

MELANIE
(concerned) Oh no! You forgot the gloves
CARMEN
Oh, I did. Could you please go get them for me?
Melanie stands up to leave
MELANIE
Sure! I'll b right back.
Melanie walks away towards the school building
FADE TO:
Carmen is looking down at the garden when all of a sudden she hears a noise
A rustling noise can be heard in the back
Carmen turns her head
CARMEN
(worryingly) What was that?!
Carmen looks back again
A guy dressed in all black appears from behind the wall
Carmen gasps and starts running towards the classroom as she is now being chased by this mysterious figure
The guy follows her into the building
Carmen runs into the hallway and opens the door of the classroom where Melanie is in
INT. CLASSROOM IN THE SUPPLY CLOSET
Carmen runs towards Melanie
CARMEN
(anxiously) MELANIE!!!
MELANIE
(confused) What happened?!
CARMEN
There's a killer outside trying to chase me!
MELANIE
What?! Are you sure?
CARMEN
Yes! I Am!
MELANIE
I'm going to go check it out for myself
CARMEN
NO!!! Don't!!!
INT SCHOOL HALLWAY
THE CAMERA PANS TO THE SIDES OF THE HALLWAY
Melanie looks outside the door both ways and sees nothing at first. All of a sudden, the killer is standing at the entrance of the building. Melanie sees him and starts running the other way, however, the killer has already spotted her
FADE OUT.
The killer begins waking into the classroom, He pauses for a bride moment, but keeps walking, almost stomping into the classroom. He reaches the closet where Carmen is hiding and begins banging on it trying to open it.
Carmen is seen on the floor trying to hide and not make a sound in the closet
FADE TO:
CARMEN
(with a weapon in her hand) I may be little!!! But I will fight back no matter what!!

 Camera Composition is the way elements of scene are arranged in the camera frame. Camera composition has the following elements: rule of thirds shot, symmetry balance shot, asymmetry balance shot , point shot, leading lines shot, shape shot, deep focus shot, and shallow focus shot. Rule of thirds shot is a guideline  that places your subject in the left or right thirds in the in camera framing. Symmetry balance shot is when elements are on both sides of a center line in equal weight. Asymmetry balance shot is when the shot has unequal visual weight but the frame has a sense of balance. Point shot shows where a character is looking at. Leading lines shot is where natural or human made lines lead the audience's eyes through a photograph to the subject of an image.
